Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Yourapps provides custom software development, business digitalization, and automation services. Each project is governed by a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Project Proposal outlining deliverables and timelines.

2. Fees and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A 50% deposit is required before work commences.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion and user acceptance.
• Annual hosting or maintenance fees are billed in advance.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership of the custom-developed software components transfers to the Client only upon full payment of all project fees. Yourapps retains the rights to any pre-existing code, frameworks, or proprietary methodologies used in the development.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary data, brand assets, and feedback within agreed-upon timeframes (typically a 7-day review period for milestones). Delays in providing materials may result in project timeline extensions.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% uptime and error-free code, Yourapps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gauteng.
